Dopiero dostałam paczkę, dziękuję 🙂 W instrukcji jest, żeby po otwarciu trzymać w lodówce, ale np. w opiniach o Elixirze doczytałam, że można też normalnie, w temperaturze pokojowej? Czy tak samo jest z Meastrią, czy ceramidy trzeba jednak tylko w lodówce? Często podróżuję, a chciałabym brać butelki ze sobą. Tylko wtedy często będą jednak poza lodówką~

Przy okazji muszę powiedzieć, że oprócz tego, że jest Pani zewnętrznie piękną, zadbaną kobietą, to mnie nawet jeszcze bardziej urzeka Pani kobieca i ciepła aura 🙂

Myślałam, że w wieku 45+ worki pod oczami i oklapnięte włosy to będą moje znaki rozpoznawcze. Kolejne warstwy makijażu i zabiegi na włosy kosztowały dużo, efekt był średni, frustracja rosła. Wreszcie trafiłam na Maestrię. Po workach pod oczami nie ma śladu, włosy o niebo lepsze. Teraz robię tylko minimalny makijaż, a do pielęgnacji włosów dodatkowo kupiłam w drogerii szampon i odżywkę z ceramidami. Po 1,5 roku stosowania Maestrii wyglądam bez porównania lepiej i co najważniejsze, nie wydaję pieniędzy na przeróżne zazwyczaj nietrafione kosmetyki. Mam pytanie czy po ceramidach są możliwe dolegliwości żołądkowe? Pije ceramidy od ponad tygodnia razem z elixirem (elixir pije ponad miesiąc i wszystko było w porządku) odkąd wprowadziłam ceramidy mam dziwne dolegliwości. Problemy skórne u nastolatek to z reguły nie głównie wahania hormonalne ale dużo cukru w diecie i dodatkowo nabiał. Po wykluczeniu wszystkich produktów mlecznych i ograniczeniu słodkości prawie zawsze jest ogromna poprawa. A suplementacja pomoże dodatkowo. Pozdrawiam serdecznie🌹
