Karty to świetny sposób, aby szybciutko codziennie wykonać choćby jedno z pięćdziesięciu dwóch ćwiczeń dla swojej urody. Na jednej stronie kart są fajne cytaty, powiedzonka, natomiast na drugiej opis zadania i zdjęcie pani Olgi wykonującej ćwiczenie. Dla mnie te karty są REWELACYJNE. Kupiłam dwa zestawy. Córce również się spodobały i zażyczyła sobie taki sam komplet na urodziny.
