Description
JADE GUA-SHA for massage
Meet our jade gem, a handy gua sha that you can take with you anywhere! As usual, we have included a massage map for the décolletage, neck, and face, so you won't get lost.
Why is it worth it?
When you apply a good, active skin care product, it is worth massaging it in with a pebble to help it penetrate the skin barrier. This way, you can increase its effectiveness up to three times!
Gua-sha has been used since the 14th century in traditional East Asian medicine to improve blood circulation. It reduces swelling, has a rejuvenating and anti-gravity effect, stimulates blood circulation and collagen production in the dermis. There are no known contraindications, even for extremely delicate, vascular skin.
Example application:
For smaller areas of the face or the entire face, with peptides:
- Spray or wipe your face with mist serum.
- Massage the selected areas with a galvanic roller, if you have one. It will be super effective. If not, skip this step.
- Apply peptides (Adifill, Botox-like, or a mixture of both)
- Massage them in using gua sha
- Apply three drops of your chosen oil with hyaluronic acid to your entire face. If you add three drops of Citrosept, you will have a ceramide and flavonoid bomb.
Simplified version, entire face and neck:
- Spray or wipe your face with mist serum.
- Apply three drops of your chosen oil with hyaluronic acid to your entire face. If you add three drops of Citrosept, you will have a ceramide and flavonoid bomb.
- Massage this mixture into your skin using gua sha.
- Voilà! Don't forget your UV filter in the morning.
